Hobby Town Texas is known by now as the biggest and best toy and hobby shop in Dallas, Tx. We are slowly taking over the entire state actually and with our recent move to Hurst, TX, we are well on our way to becoming the biggest toy and hobby shop in Texas! Now that is exciting!
What makes us different from other Dallas Toy Stores though is that our staff is welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. We only have staff members that know everything there is to know about Hobby Town Texas products and we make it very clear that the customer needs to know that the employees are masters of the hobby shop domain. So let’s take a look at what a normal day at Hobby Town Texas could look like.
Before opening our store at 10:00am Monday to Saturday and 12:00pm on Sunday, we are in the store earlier than the official door opening to secure that everything is pristine and in order for our customer to find exactly what they are looking for in a hurry. We want the entire store to be perfectly in order with every item in every exact place. Even though we are the largest store in the metroplex, that does not mean that our store should not be pristine.
Right when the store opens at 10:00am our staff is still working to make every spot of the Dallas Toy Store perfect for your arrival. Even throughout the day, we are constantly looking for new ways to show you that our store is spotless. Although you may just come in for one quick item and be out within minutes, we want you to feel like you know exactly where you need to go without being bombarded by clutter. Our isles are constantly being updated and our inventory is being exchanged daily with new items from Traxxas, Bachmann, Ares and more.
During the day, we are constantly around helping customers find exactly what they need. Through our talented and dedicate associates, we trust them to handle each and every question in a timely and precise manner. Our staff can answer any and all questions that you may have regarding any item and can even tell you which one they would prefer for the actual use you will be using.
